history

Our history

In 2007 Lee was leading a software team in PwC Australia when he was invited onto a Leadership Development Program. 
At the first conference, he was asked to stand in front of a group of strangers and, in 4 minutes, answer the question 
“Who are you?” a question he had never before considered.

After fumbling his way through; telling a story to entertain and self-protect rather than reflect honestly on the question, he came away feeling he had short-changed himself. Six weeks later, at the follow up conference he took a much more vulnerable and reflective path when answering the second question: “Who do you want to become?” This time Lee decided to ‘Remove the Mask’ and spoke from the heart with complete authenticity. This 4 minutes marked the beginning of a profoundly transformational journey taking him from a software engineer who was micro-managing his team and living a life driven by fear and limitation, to executive coach and leadership consultant driven by compassion and aspiration. This personally confronting development experience has cultivated in him a deep empathy and compassion for others as he guides them to cultivate new, more enriching, and effective ways of leading.

Since 2013 Infinity Leadership has helped thousands of leaders across all continents to be more conscious, purposeful and skilful so they can scale their impact and create ripple effects of enrichment all over the world.

Lee sees cultivating highly effective leadership as a powerful lever for enrichment at scale, and this why Infinity Leadership was created in 2013.

In 2015 we rapidly scaled our impact globally by building trusted partnerships with organisations and people that share our purpose and values. Since then, we have serviced clients in Africa, South America, Asia, Europe, the Middle East and of course many at home-base in Australia.
