How it Works

A typical engagement would span 4-6 months and progress as follows:

  • Meet and greet to test the connection – do we feel this could work?
  • Objective setting session with leader and their boss
  • Feedback gathered using interviews and/or a 360-feedback survey
  • Commence coaching
  • Leader defines actions at each session and executes them in between sessions
  • Leader has access to call the coach at any time between sessions
  • Review what has been achieved with leader and their boss on completion of the block
  • Recommend next steps and continue coaching as appropriate
